It sold a month later for $15,000 under the original asking price.  On the same street, this three bedroom, 1.75 bathroom home was Staged by Design Perfect Home Staging before it went on the market. It received offers the same weekend and sold at its listed price. The owners of the Staged home did remarkable things to prepare their home for sale. The curb appeal was improved with landscaping and exterior painting, while the interior was given an update with a thorough cleaning. To address the problem of some awkward spaces, the owners called upon Design Perfect Home Staging. We used creative placement of furniture to highlight the best features of the home and disguise those that were less appealing. We also used key accessories such as a board game and bowl of popcorn in the game room to make potential buyers feel at home.
