For a vacant property we do all the work for you. Our design team provides all of the elements that need to be placed into a property to make it visually appealing and to create a sense of "home" feel.  Housed in our 5000 square foot warehouse, we offer an extensive inventory of furniture and accessories that will ensure your home staging experience is a success.

 Occupied Homes

For an occupied home (a home that is lived in while on the market) we offer an hourly consultation. Our designer will assess your home to see what needs to be done to prepare the house for the market. This service consists of making recommendations involving de-cluttering, de-personalizing, furniture arrangement, home updates and much more. With this option, we make the recommendations and you complete the work.

Partially Occupied Homes

Do you have a property that has some furniture, but still needs those additional items to make the home look complete? At Design Perfect we a can easily mix and match our pieces with your existing furniture. This service is offered on a case-by-case scenario.
