Big or small, vacant or occupied, every home benefits from staging.

Our goal in Staging your house is to create a sense of "home" for potential buyers. We help buyers mentally "move in" with inviting curb appeal and a cozy interior.

Stagers are very different from interior decorators. Rather than working toward a particular style, we neutralize a home by using solid colors and limited prints. We use the home as a base when selecting our furniture and accessories, not our personal taste.

We also consider the demographics of the neighborhood and target buyers. We even prioritize the rooms in which Staging will be most effective.

Staging Vacant Homes
When you're selling your house, you want people to feel as though they could live there. Therefore, Staging a vacant home is essential. With our extensive inventory of furniture and accessories occupying 3500 square feet of warehouse space, we have everything at our fingertips to make Staging your home a success. We'll even offer cosmetic suggestions, such as gardening, cleaning, and painting.

Staging an Occupied Home
If your house is occupied (meaning you will be living there while on the market), Staging is of the utmost importance. By removing photographs, collectibles, and other personal items, we neutralize the space, and our creative arrangement of furniture and lighting lets the true bones of the home show. We will use as many of your belongings when ever possible, while bringing in key accessories to add color and warmth.

Before we Stage, we require that you supply us with boxes and packing material, including small boxes and bubble wrap for fragile items, masking tape and Sharpies for labeling boxes, and packing tape for sealing boxes. After carefully packing items and wrapping any furniture, we will place the items in your garage, or other storage area of your choice.
