Fees vary from home to home, depending on a variety of factors, therefore we do not give estimates without an initial consultation.

Vacant Homes – Our consultation for a vacant home is complimentary. We will meet with you, discuss your goals for the home, take digital photos, and detailed notes. Following the appointment, we will formulate a staging plan and an estimate of what it will cost to stage your home. There are two fees when staging a vacant property. Our one-time staging fee, which includes design, installation and removal of furniture. This price ranges from $995.00-$1300.00 and varies depending on how many rooms we stage, location of property, and if the access to your home is difficult. Our furniture and accessory rentals fees are charged monthly, and depend directly on what we use in the home. You will be billed every 30 days that your home is on the market, at the beginning of each 30-day period.

Occupied Homes – The initial consultation for an occupied home is $400.00. The designer will create a thorough report, complete with step-by-step instructions on everything needed to broaden the appeal of your home. If you choose to have Design Perfect complete the staging services for you, we will deduct the $400.00 from the initial staging fee.
